Our privacy promise
Your family's information stays yours.
Calendars, files, the hub and every assistant live in your accounts, not mine.
I work through guest access you grant, and you remove it at handoff. Never passwords by text or email.
I never log into bank, investment or payment accounts, and I never move money.
No copies of your documents. My notes are deleted within 30 days after support ends.
Our agreement includes a confidentiality clause that lasts after the work ends.

Hi, I'm Matt Smith.
I know what it's like to juggle two homes, a busy kid's schedule and a full-time job, and to feel like you're the only one holding it all together. So I built this system for my own family first. It's how my household runs today.
I've spent more than 20 years helping people make sense of complicated systems, and I work hands-on with AI and automation every day. Now I build the same calm for other families, on their own accounts, so it keeps running long after I leave.

Good questions to ask first
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. I build everything and train every adult on their own phone. If you can use a calendar app, you can run this.
Can you do this if we don't live near you?
Yes. Every session works by video, and families anywhere in the U.S. can work with me. Families in Yuba-Sutter and the Sacramento area can also meet in person.
What does the Personal Assistant cost to run?
Each adult uses their own Claude account. The plan I recommend is about $20 a month per adult, paid directly to the provider. I'll list the exact monthly costs for your setup before we start.
Can my kids have their own assistant?
No. The AI provider requires users to be 18 or older, so assistants are for adults only. Kids are helped through a parent, for example with a Tutor & Coach that you use together.
What if we already use Apple, Cozi or a paper calendar?
We start from what you use now. In the Family Map session we decide what to keep, what to connect and what to retire.
What if it doesn't stick?
If the system isn't working for your family within 30 days of handoff, I put in up to 5 more hours to fix it at no charge.
